Young Scientist
"Every experiment is a question put to nature, and its answer is a step towards understanding." — Unknown
Crystals, fizzing solutions, colour changes - these were my own entry points into the fascinating world of science and chemistry!
Who would have thought that the social lives of atoms, the attractions and repulsions and the marriages and the break-ups, would literally be the brick-and-mortar of our universe?
Encourage your children to approach their world with a combination of honest curiosity, imagination and whimsy, and they will immediately become little scientists. They might even put some big scientists to shame.
