Bubbles
"Bubbles are weird things. They're not fragile. They're infinitely flexible. They're not what we think they are." Tom Noddy, "Bubble Magic" entertainer
One of my favourite store memories is trying out the "Giant Bubble" kits for the first time, in the carpark at the back of the store. At first we struggled, not realising that giant bubble solution needs a little time to "age".
Then, surprising things started to happen. I believe I'm the only shopkeeper in the whole history of Bunbury to have chased enormous, wobbling bubbles down the laneways with a camera. They were mesmerising with their shifting rainbows of colours!
We don't always have bubble kits in stock, but don't let your kids miss out on this - bubbles are insanely magical!
